Order types

Type colors appear across each order tile. Disable types you no longer use; existing orders retain their type.

Employee initials and colors

Production columns

Rename, recolor, or reorder columns. Uncheck Counts toward due dates for stages such as Picked Up, Storage, or Archive. Those orders keep their due date but no longer appear overdue or due soon. Each column can require every individual piece finished before the work order may enter. Completion remains protected.

Manage indicators

Employees can use these indicators and add explanations to individual orders.

Accounts & access

Create your permanent manager login using Add an employee. Sign into it successfully before disabling test accounts. Deactivation preserves work orders, timecards and audit history.

Time-off types

Choose which leave types appear on staff request forms. Renaming or deactivating a type keeps its historical requests.
